Characteristics

• Lightweight and extremely flat, the sheet is exceptionally rigid. The high finish polyester coating makes it an ideal substrate for printing.
• The material can be easily processed using conventional tools and can be effortlessly bent or folded.
• Aluminium composite sheet from Righton Limited is environmentally friendly and we offer a recycling service for any unused sheet or off-cuts. 
• The material can be manufactured to special lengths and widths subject to minimum order quantities.

RightBond

White: A gloss/matt material with a polyester paint finish available with a 0.3mm, 0.21mm or a 0.18mm aluminium layer in 2mm and 3mm thicknesses.

Colours: Available gloss/matt in red, blue, dark green, cream, yellow and black in 3mm thickness and a range of sheet sizes.

We can also colour match to any given RAL number or sample and to any required gloss level.

Mirror: 3mm sheet with a 0.3mm aluminium layer in silver or gold. Anodised mirror finish available for internal use only.

Metallic Effect: Brushed aluminium one side with a metallic silver reverse, available in two sizes. Also available, 0.1mm copper with a 0.12mm aluminium reverse.

Dual Metallic Effect: Two metallic finishes on one sheet for maximum choice and increased cost savings. Available in 3mm thickness.

• Gold metallic with a bronze metallic reverse.
• Bright silver with a champagne silver reverse.
• Champagne with metal silver reverse.

Satin: Available in new white or black satin both sides, 3mm thick. For internal use only.

RightLam

A range of decorative finish composite sheet in granite and woodgrain effects. All material is available in 3mm thickness, has a 0.3mm aluminium layer and a fire resistant core.

• Granite Effect: White, red, beige & dark green.
• Woodgrain Effect: Teak, rosewood, mahogony, beech and maple.

RightClad 

A heavy duty aluminium composite sheet particularly suited to external use for new building cladding or for building renovation projects. A  white/mill finish with a white PVDF paint system, this material offers a 15 year warranty for outdoor applications. Five sheet sizes are available in a 4mm thickness with a 0.5mm aluminium layer. All sheets are supplied with a fire resistant core.

Accessories 

A range of special aluminium sections in silver anodised aluminium are available in 6m lengths to complement our 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet range.
