A full range of aluminium bronze, copper nickel and nickel alloys are stocked complete with ultrasonic test reports and released to the latest DEFSTAN specifications.

1st level forgings, stampings and finished machined components can be manufactured, tested and released to customer requirements in accordance with approved quality procedures.

Aerospace

Righton Aerospace offers a comprehensive range of aluminium bronze, nickel alloys, aluminium and titanium, released to international standards and sourced worldwide from aerospace approved manufacturers.

Our continuous development of service, quality management systems, processes and training has awarded us approval to ASEN9120 enabling us to achieve 100% quality first time.

Oil & Gas

For offshore applications we have an extensive range of fully traceable and internationally certified aluminium bronze, copper nickel and nickel alloys. As recognised throughout the industry, these alloys are specified for their resilience in extreme marine environments and are often dual released to bespoke customer specifications.

These alloys are complemented by a range of stainless steel and copper nickel pipe and fittings.

General Engineering

In addition to the demanding requirements of the naval and aerospace markets, a full range of copper and nickel alloys are available for use across a broad spectrum of commercial applications. We also stock a range of continuous cast phosphor and leaded bronzes in solid and hollow bar form and if required, we are able to supply material centrifugally or sand cast machined to your requirements.

Righton Duratherm alloys, beryllium copper and other copper nickel silicon alloys are specified for their rapid heat transfer and excellent wear resistance in applications such as plastic injection mould tools and cold chamber aluminium die casting plunger tips.
